Prices are per apartment / room and are valid for stays of minimun 3 nights.
For stays of 2 nights the rates are increased by 30%, while for 1 night stay the rates are increased by 50%.
The baby travel cot (0-2 years ) is available on request and is free of charge.
Amount of the one –off fee for the final cleaning; 15 € for the room, 20 € for the apartments A, B, C , D and 30 € for the Suite.
„Corte dei merli“ offers its guests apartments and rooms from 16:00 (check in time 16: – 20:00), while the departure day the apartment or room must be vacated by 10:00 (time check out).

Deposit: all reservations are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. The reservation will be confirmed via email.
The deposit required as confirmation of the reservation is not refundable.
Payment: is accepted only in cash, the balance of your stay on the arrival, during check-in.
